    1

    Copy your personal address

A random temporary email address is already waiting at the top of the page. Click Copy address to grab it. Not happy with it? Generate a new one anytime.

    2

Paste it wherever email is required

Sign-up forms, newsletter boxes, download gates—any field that asks for email. Use this burner email instead of your real one.

    3

Come back and watch mail arrive

The inbox refreshes every few seconds. Verification codes and confirmations appear as soon as they land—open any row to read the full message.

    Lifecycle

The life of a temporary email address

From creation to wipe-out, everything runs automatically—you just watch the inbox.

    Second 0

    Address ready

Open the page and get a human-looking random address—less likely to be blocked at sign-up than gibberish strings.

    Within seconds

    Mail arrives

The inbox auto-refreshes. Verification emails usually hit the top of the list within a few seconds.

    Hour 3

    Default expiry, extendable

Before the countdown hits zero, click Extend for another 3 hours—far more breathing room than classic 10 minute mail.

    Hour 24

    Hard limit, full wipe

At the ceiling, the address and every message are permanently deleted. Nothing can be recovered.

    Use cases

When should you use disposable email?

One rule of thumb: if you probably won't come back to this site, don't give it your real inbox.

Late at night at a desk, hands typing registration details on a laptop lit only by a desk lamp and screen glow
Trying a new tool after midnight—a throwaway email in the sign-up field, your main inbox stays quiet.

    Try a site before committing

Not sure a product is worth keeping? Sign up with temp mail first and avoid years of promo spam in your real inbox.

    Downloads gated by email

White papers, templates, and reports often demand an address. Drop in a virtual email, grab the file, walk away clean.

    Forums and one-off accounts

Need to ask one question or vote once? Register with an anonymous email, say your piece, and leave without linking back to you.

    Dev and QA mail flows

Testing sign-up, password reset, or notification delivery? Spin up addresses on demand and inspect raw HTML as messages arrive.

    What users say

    Different people, different strategies

Three typical users, three ways to keep a real inbox out of the line of fire.

Industry reports and template downloads always want an email. My primary inbox used to drown in promo mail. Now I paste a disposable email every time—the file arrives, the address self-destructs, and my main box stays clean.

    MayaContent marketer

Testing sign-up and password-reset flows means burning through inboxes. Here I open a tab and get a fresh temporary email—codes land in seconds and I can inspect raw HTML without running my own mail server.

    KevinIndie developer

Forum posts and one-off giveaways get a random burner email; subscriptions I actually want go through a forwarding alias. Whichever alias starts collecting junk, I pause it—my real address never takes the hit.

That's what RemailGo aims to be: mail received on your behalf, identity kept out of sight—and when the light goes out at expiry, every trace goes with the tide.

    FAQ

    Common questions about temp mail

What's the difference between temp mail and a regular email?

Temp mail (also called disposable email, throwaway email, or burner email) is a short-lived inbox you get instantly: no signup, auto-generated, and the whole box is wiped when it expires. It only receives mail—ideal for sign-ups, trials, and downloads where you don't want to expose your real address. Keep your primary inbox for everyday correspondence.

Can I rely on temp mail for verification codes?

Most verification emails arrive within seconds; the inbox refreshes automatically—no manual action needed. A few platforms block temporary domains; if that happens, click New address to try again, or switch to email aliases—they forward to your real inbox for higher success rates.

Can I use multiple temp mail addresses at once?

Yes. Each inbox has its own recovery link (a parameter in the URL). Open separate tabs, browsers, or devices and you can hold multiple independent temp mail boxes at the same time—developers batch-testing delivery do exactly this. Note that New address only affects the current page—switching discards the old inbox and clears its mail.

How long does an address last? What happens when it expires?

Each address is valid for 3 hours by default, with a live countdown to the second. Need more time? Click Extend to add 3 hours; a single inbox can live up to 24 hours total, with a clear message at the ceiling. After expiry, the address and all mail are permanently destroyed.

Will I lose my mail if I close the page?

No. Your access token is stored in both the page URL and browser local storage—refresh, close, and reopen to return to the same inbox. Send the parameterized link to another device and you'll see the same messages, as long as the address hasn't expired.

Can other people see my incoming mail?

No. There is no public inbox URL—only someone holding your access token can open it, and that token lives in your link and local browser storage. Treat the parameterized link like a key: don't post it publicly—sharing it hands over the entire anonymous inbox.

Does it work on mobile? Do I need an app?

Yes—open the site in any mobile browser. Generate an address, receive mail, and read messages with the same features as desktop. No app install required. The page is fully responsive; send the parameterized link to your phone to continue the inbox you started on a computer.

Can I send email from this address?

No. RemailGo is receive-only—no sending or replying. That's intentional: inbound-only service prevents abuse for spam blasts and helps keep our domain off blocklists, which improves your delivery success.

Are there size limits for mail and attachments?

Yes. Temp mail does not store attachments: messages over 100 MB total (body plus attachments) are rejected server-side. Under 100 MB, you can read the body but attachment content is not kept and cannot be downloaded. Need attachments? Use email aliases: under 50 MB forwards to your real inbox with attachments kept in archive; 50–100 MB forwards but attachments aren't stored on-site; over 100 MB is rejected.

Is it safe to click links and images in messages?

Reading mail itself is safe: the body renders in a restricted sandbox and scripts in the email won't execute on the page. Links still point to external sites—use the same judgment as with any inbox. Be wary of pages asking for passwords or payment. Even if a sender has bad intent, they only get a throwaway address that vanishes in hours.

What if I need an address long-term?

Use email aliases. After signing in, create up to 100 permanent addresses like prefix@remailgo.com. Mail sent to an alias forwards to your real inbox and stays in a 30-day online archive—pause or delete any alias that's attracting spam while your real address stays untouched.

    Is this service really free?

Yes. Temp mail and email aliases are completely free—no tiers, no hidden fees, no ads, and no third-party analytics scripts. Some people call these 10 minute mail services; at RemailGo you get 3 hours by default and can extend up to 24.
