What does an alias address look like, and how do I create one?
An alias is a full email address like prefix@remailgo.com. After signing in, enter a custom prefix (must start with a letter, 3–30 characters, letters, numbers, dots, hyphens, or underscores allowed), or let the system generate a human-looking prefix. You can also leave the field blank for auto-assignment. Each account can create up to 100 aliases.
When I pause an alias, what happens to incoming mail?
While paused, mail to that alias is discarded: not forwarded, not archived, and the sender is not notified. That is the value of aliases—when an address starts getting spam, pause just that one and resume forwarding whenever you like.
What if legitimate mail is flagged as spam?
Blocked mail is not forwarded, but it remains in the archive with the spam score shown. Open the message and click "Not spam"—it is released immediately, and future mail from that sender will not be blocked.
How long is mail kept in the archive, and how are attachments handled?
Each message stays online for 30 days from the forwarding date; remaining days are shown in the list and mail is deleted automatically when time is up. Attachment rules: messages up to 50 MB are forwarded with attachments kept in the archive; between 50 MB and 100 MB they forward but attachments are not kept on-site; above 100 MB the server rejects the message.
Why is there no password to sign in?
Enter your real email and we send a 6-digit code—enter it to sign in. New addresses register on first login. No password means no password leak risk; for extra security enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) in the dashboard. Sessions last 7 days, then you verify again.
