RemailGo Terms of Service

01Acceptance

These terms are the agreement between you and RemailGo (remailgo.com, "the site") for use of our services. By visiting or using any feature—including temp mail without logging in—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. It forms part of this agreement.

02The service

RemailGo offers two complementary inbox privacy tools:

• Temp mail: a disposable inbox generated automatically, no registration required. Mail arrives in real time and the address is destroyed on expiry.
• Forwarding aliases: after logging in with an email verification code, you can create long-lived alias addresses. Mail sent to an alias is spam-scored, forwarded to your real inbox, and kept in a 30-day online archive.

Both features are receive-only. RemailGo does not provide send, reply, or relay-outbound capabilities. That is by design, not a temporary limitation.

03Service limits

To keep the service usable for everyone, the following limits are enforced automatically. When you hit a ceiling, the interface will tell you clearly:

We also rate-limit abnormally high request volumes by IP. Normal personal use will not trigger this.

04Account and security

Forwarding aliases use passwordless login via email codes; a first login creates an account automatically. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including:

• Using a real email address you control and can receive mail at—both login codes and forwarded messages go there;
• Securing the device you log in from. Anyone who can read your inbox codes can access your console; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication;
• Understanding that temp mail credentials are embedded in the page URL. Sharing the link shares full read access to that inbox.

05Acceptable use

RemailGo exists to help ordinary users protect inbox privacy. The following uses are prohibited:

• Any illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, money laundering, or distributing malware;
• Using temp mail or aliases to mass-register accounts to harvest promotions, manipulate votes, evade bans, or otherwise break third-party platform rules;
• Automated abuse of service resources (for example, scripts that bulk-create inboxes or poll at extreme frequency);
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the site, or circumvent any technical limit;
• Reselling or repackaging the service as your own product.

06Free service and changes

All current features are free. There is no membership tier and nothing to unlock with payment. We may adjust features, numeric limits, or suspend parts of the service when necessary. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Adjustments to a free service do not constitute breach of contract with any user.

07Intellectual property

The site's name, logo, page design, written content, and code belong to RemailGo and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Rights to mail content you receive belong to the original sender and applicable law, not to RemailGo.

08Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." As a free tool, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly timely operation—maintenance, outages, or force majeure may cause downtime;
• That every message will be received or forwarded—sender policies and recipient providers can cause failures; failed forwards can be retried from the archive;
• Perfect spam filtering—false positives can be corrected with the "not spam" action;
• That every third-party site will accept our domains—some platforms block disposable address providers.

Do not use temp mail for mail you cannot afford to lose (account recovery, contracts, receipts). When an address expires, everything in it is destroyed and cannot be restored.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemailGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss, lost opportunities, or third-party account issues. You bear all consequences of violating Section 05. If your conduct causes third-party claims against us, you agree to indemnify RemailGo.

10Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. Temp inboxes disappear on expiry. Forwarding users can delete aliases and archives themselves, or contact us for full account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for terms violations, including removal of related aliases and archive data.

11General

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revisions will update the date at the top of this page; material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use means acceptance. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
