How temp mail works: three steps to receive, one link to recover

Three steps to use a disposable address
There is nothing to fill out. From opening the page to your first message usually takes under a minute.
Open the homepage—your address is already there
The moment you land on the RemailGo homepage, a random mailbox is assigned and shown in the workspace card at the top. Addresses look like real people’s mail (name plus digits), not gibberish, so signup forms rarely reject them. There is no “Create” button to press first.
Copy in one click, paste wherever an email is required
Tap the copy button beside the address, then paste into a signup form, download gate, or any field that asks for email. One page equals one address. Need two sites at once? Open two browser tabs—each inbox stays independent.
Come back—mail arrives on its own
The inbox polls every few seconds. Verification codes and activation links usually show up within seconds without manual refresh (you can tap refresh if you want instant confirmation). Open any row to read the full body; HTML layout and images render as sent, and the message is marked read automatically.
Refresh, close the tab, or switch devices: get your inbox back
Disposable mail does not vanish on refresh—as long as the mailbox is still valid, two paths bring the same inbox back.
Do nothing—refresh and you are back
When the mailbox is created, an access token is saved in this browser’s local storage. Refresh, close the tab and reopen, even restart the browser—if the address has not expired, the homepage restores the same inbox with every message intact.
Clearing browser data or using a private window breaks this path. Use the recovery link on the right instead.
Copy the recovery link from the address bar
After generation, the page URL already carries this inbox’s credential. Copy the full link and open it on another computer or phone to see the same mailbox there.

Expiry rules and workspace controls
Two numbers govern disposable mail: default 3 hours, lifetime cap 24 hours.
The countdown on the page shows remaining time to the second. Need more room? Tap extend to refill to 3 hours. You can repeat that until the address hits its 24-hour ceiling—then extend is disabled with a clear message and the mailbox plus all mail is destroyed. Temp addresses suit throwaway signups. For newsletters, shopping accounts, and anything you will read again, switch in four steps.
- Passwordless login: Open the Email Aliases page, enter your real inbox for a 6-digit code, submit it to sign in. New addresses auto-register—no password ever.
- Create an alias: Pick a prefix (letter first, 3–30 characters) or let the system randomize. Final form: prefix@remailgo.com. Up to 100 aliases per account.
- Give sites the alias only: Mail to the alias forwards to your real inbox and stays in a 30-day web archive for review.
- Pause when spam starts: One tap pauses an alias and drops incoming mail. Your main inbox and other aliases stay untouched.
